The Maven has a filter to help prolong the life of your iron station. Before first use, please make sure to soak your filter. The Maven has 4 temperature settings: Eco Mode (safe for all fabrics), Dot 1 (lowest setting, no steam), Dot 2 (medium/low setting, low steam), Dot 3 (medium heat, medium steam), and Dot 4 (max heat and steam). IMPORTANT: Before starting to iron, read the garment labels and follow the manufacturer's ironing instructions. The Maven utilizes pump technology to deliver endless steam. The pump can make a small noise when in operation. If the unit runs out of water or the filter is not soaked properly, the chugging noise will increase. The Maven Iron Station is equipped with a 10-minute auto-off. To reengage the iron, you can move the iron or press any button.
